Do i need a patch test?

Yes! Patch tests are required 24-48 hours prior to certain treatments including lash lifts and brow lamantions.Please check when booking if a patch test is reuired for your desired treatment.

Every patch test is only required once and lasts up to six motnhs.

How do i book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked easily through our online booking system fresha. If unsure which treatment is right for you feel free to get in touch before booking.

What should i do before my appointment?

Please arrive with clean skin and avoid wearing eye makeup or oils around the treatment area where possible. Specfic preperation and after care advice will be provided for your treatment.

How long will treatment take?

Treatment times vary depending on the service you have chosen. You will find the approximate time listed when booking your chosen treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the events of a no show you will loose your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit for your next appointment. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Do you have booking fees?

A fifty percent non- refunable deposit is required to secrue your appointment. This will be requested upon booking and will be reducted from the final treatment cost.

Where are we located?

We are based inside Pebble Beach Spa Hastings. Where you will find me ready to welcome you to your treament.

Refund policy?

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any issues within the first 48 hours will be rectified free of charge at my soonest avaliable appointment. So please get in contact ASAP with any issues as anything after 48 hours may incur a charge.
